I thought IKEA was a sustainable company?

IKEA almost always gets good grades for its climate and sustainability work, but now I'm becoming more and more doubtful about whether it's really true.
I was just informed that one of their lighting systems for IKEA kitchens, which was sold 5-6 years ago, has no spare parts - You are forced to buy a whole new system for minor faults and have to make a huge carbon footprint completely unnecessarily.
This is not what I call sustainable work and instead of admitting its shortcomings and short-term sustainability thinking, IKEA blames the rapid technological development.
