🌍💔 Since August 20, 2024, Niger has been hit hard by catastrophic floods, resulting in 217 fatalities and injuring approximately 200 individuals. The disaster has impacted nearly 353,287 residents, with the capital Niamey surrounded by water, exacerbating the situation. The floods have caused extensive damage to infrastructure and agriculture, prompting a nationwide state of emergency.
