💪 It strengthens your brand. This makes it easier to recruit employees and keep them for a longer time, and it makes it easier to get new customers.
🔜 New laws and regulations. For example, the CSRD directives that are soon to come in to action will make it mandatory for companies of a certain size to report on sustainability. This is likely to also indirectly affect smaller companies that are resellers to bigger companies.
💚 It’s the right thing to do. The planet needs us to take action, it creates a better future for the next generation and it feels good to make a sustainable company grow.
