Has broken ground for KenGen's Green Energy Park in Olkaria, Naivasha

Kenya Electricity Generating Company (KenGen) and Konza Technopolis Development Authority (KoTDA) have broken ground for KenGen’s Green Energy Park in Olkaria, Naivasha.
The Green Energy Park, spanning 342 hectares, is set to accommodate a blend of industrial and non-industrial activities, in a move aimed at spurring industrialization in the region while providing a sustainable and clean source of geothermal energy.

The development encompasses offices, data centers, research and development centres, hospitality spaces, a visitor experience centre, and administrative and commercial facilities.
