120 People Killed,Hundreds Displaced By Raging Floods

At least 120 people have been killed by flood-related incidents in the country over El Nino rains.                       During the rainy season these places experiences heavy flooding and during the dry season they also suffer from severe drought,this is a pattern the government should have noted and put measures to curb all this.
