🌀 In July 2024, Hurricane Beryl, a dangerous Category 4 storm, moved aggressively to the west across the Atlantic, posing a threat to the Caribbean. While Barbados narrowly avoided the worst, the center of Beryl passed just 66 miles to the south, unleashing strong winds and heavy rains that triggered storm surges and flooding risks.
