We all need to change our eat habits, it's not so hard and doesn't have to be processed meat alternatives (which have their place in moderation just like any processed food) . Chickpeas and beans are amazing and there are lots of ways to add these to meat dishes to reduce the amount of meat you eat but keeping the meat if that's what you like. Over time you can cut back more and more meat and dairy...
