This interview is inspiring us to watch the film. Because the behind the scenes- story of triumph of one or more than one individual to beat their own limited belief and fear is really very appealing. One film director, in course of doing one film on mountaineering sport finds out how we are losing our snowy white glaciers every moment. He starts learning paragliding in spite of his life-long fear of heights and altitudes. Opting for para gliding by a person with altitude-phobia is like risking his life! Well, it is not an easy task. Winning the external enemy is challenging but winning the enemy, who lives deep inside us and who hold us back from doing the right thing in right time is one of the toughest tasks. Craig Lesson did it. He risked his live for the cause. We are losing our good old glaciers because we are investing in fossil fuels, and which in turn is causing emissions that triggers melting of snow peaks. This film also speaks about solutions to this problem. It is heartening to know that a person who was not exactly from "climate community" felt so committed to his fellow humans that he used his core strength to connect the larger audience for sensitizing them about the looming danger and its counteractions. I am yet to watch the film, but I sincerely feel that each of us should watch it soon just to celebrate the organic growth of climate community among the doers in other sectors and the triumph over our own selves. Gratitude to WDHT (We Don't Have Time) for webcasting this interview, which is going to add one more dimension to the film -itself.
