Sustainable solutions through the use of cardboard. The idea for KarTent originated from the festival world. Festival visitors increasingly felt the need for luxury and convenience with regard to their overnight stay. This gave rise to the idea of the fully recyclable cardboard festival tent. Due to its great success, the concept further has been developed to include furniture and children's toys. In addition to recyclability, the cost aspect is also a huge advantage. Temporarily necessary products are easy to make for little money. For an overview of our products you should consult the website. Cleverly packaged! We make our packaging as small as possible and use residual material and already used cardboard. This way we can not only transport our products efficiently, but also sustainably! Durable cardboard Our cardboard consists of 73% recycled material. The rest of our cardboard is made from FSC-certified wood fiber. Moreover, our cardboard is 100% recyclable! Made in Amsterdam Our products are not made in distant countries, so they do not have to be towed here with polluting transport! Moreover, we all come to work by bike! Made for you! After your order, we will immediately start making your product 'fresh' from our cardboard! We do not make too much product and do not have any stock!

Have these been tested in Roskilde Festival? E.g. 8 days and with rainy and windy weather.

As far as I know, these tents have been in use for several years at major Dutch festivals such as Lowlands and Pinkpop. They are waterproof. It is not known to me whether they can handle a whole week of rain. For this you should contact the KarTent company.

Hi Douglas, unfortunately not on Roskilde, as for some reason they do not want us. But every other Dutch festival, with Dutch weather, they did! See wind : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dvZ0-IDuXWM&ab_channel=KarTent See rain : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4INmWMx5cSw
