Start a pilot project for converting traditional cemeteries into forests
”You come from the earth, it has nourished you, and you will return to the earth” I think it would be a great idea for Kyrkogårdsförvaltningen in Stockholms municipality to look at the possibility for a new kind of cemetery, replacing traditional graves with trees. Starting a reforestation project with the help of green burial. There are plenty of already existing solutions on how to do it. The body's nutrients will feed the growing tree, which will act as a living memorial to the deceased. Personally i think it would be a beautiful final resting place and a great place for people to honor their dead loved ones.

This is a great idea. Instead of the cemetery being a bare land with slabs, taking care of trees as memories could be best idea ever.
