Getting dis-assembly line & plan of channelization of used materials for recycling ready when production starts

Growing momentum to push recycling and re-furbishing as part of development and growth is very encouraging. However, dis-assembly of a product or commodity is a difficult and messy process. We hardly get back the materials as it was before the assembly. As a result, the quality of the products manufactured in recycling industry is frequently not accepted for the same purpose for which materials were used for the first time. Surface treatments, blending, synthesis of chemicals are processes, where post-production disintegration of materials look almost impossible at present. Most successful recycling industrial applications like pavers from construction and demolition dust, secondary metallurgy, even recycled plastics have those subtle cues. But the word impossible always encouraged human intelligence to make it possible. Ideas take decades to develop and to come up as an option for implementation in reality. The history of technology transitions has ample proofs. There is no problem in demanding for designing the dis-assembly of disintegration line ready because it shall take time to realize for genuine technical barriers. If the designing disintegration processes are made integral part of the designing a production process, then recycling shall become far more efficient than today. Again, it cannot and shall not happen overnight. But that does not stop us to start asking for it and believing that it shall materialize as we are intelligent species, and we are ready to share are love with all other habitats of this earth. Aren't we?

Preparing a dis-assembly line and channelization plan for recycling materials before production starts is a smart and responsible approach towards sustainable manufacturing practices. It shows a commitment towards reducing waste and promoting circular economy.
