What on earth are you doing? You are about to stop the Revolution Wind project off Rhode Island and Connecticut — a wind farm that is already 80% built, with 45 giant turbines standing in the ocean, ready to spin. This project could power 350,000 homes. It’s almost done! And now you want to pull the plug because of some vague “national security” excuse? That’s not protecting America. That’s sabotaging it.

How dare you waste billions of dollars, throw away clean energy, and rob families of lower bills — all to protect a dying fossil fuel industry?

Do you understand what this means?

Families will pay more. This project was literally weeks away from lowering bills and adding clean power to the grid. Instead, your order blocks cheaper electricity and guarantees higher prices.

Workers are left hanging. Hundreds of union jobs — frozen. Billions already invested — stranded. And investors now see America as hostile to clean energy.

Energy security gets weaker. Wind is fuel-free, domestic, and steady. Cancelling it means more dependence on volatile fossil fuels and foreign powers. How is that “America First”?

Legal chaos is coming. Ørsted has already said it may take legal action. Who pays for that? Citizens do.

And here’s the craziest part: you keep saying “wind doesn’t work.” Tell that to the 45 turbines already planted off Rhode Island. Tell that to the engineers, the scientists, the grid operators who know this project was about to switch on. Wind works. It works today. What doesn’t work is killing a nearly finished project because fossil fuel donors don’t like competition.

Rescind this order and let the project finish.

Show the real security concerns if they exist.
