Electrical and Electronic Equipment Waste Management training in Costa Rica

The Virtual Training Program "Learning about Sustainability in the world of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) and its Waste” is an initiative developed with the support of the Ministry of Health and the Waste Electronic Equipment Program of Latin America ( PREAL) with the aim of contributing to the development of capacities of various sectors so that they acquire basic knowledge about the impacts on the environment, health and economy of people, that result from the acquisition of EEE and the it’s Waste management.
This seeks to raise awareness about the importance and opportunities that informed consumption and environmentally sound management of WEEE can generate, in addition to achieving the active involvement of the people participating in the management chain of Costa Rica.
