Delivering One Time Use/Linear Packaging To My Immediate Family, Very Concerning For Their Health As Well As The Planet

Meals are delivered, five days a week (weekdays) (always around noon), for my immediate family members, in linear/one time use packaging .......
Always A 'Film' Plastic Grocery Bag, 1% Milk In Two HOOD Cartons That Are 100% Recyclable As Indicated On One of its Sides, But, Alas, My immediate Family's Community Does NOT Offer Carton Recycling To Their Residents/Businesses, Two Double Layered (Paper & Plastic) Trays With A 'Film'; Plastic Covering (Which IS Very Concerning Because It Tears, Considering ALL The Horrifying Reports About Plastic Pollution, PFAS, Microbeads/MicroPlastics, Bread In Wax Pouches, & Soup In Double Layered (Paper/Plastic) Bowls With Associated Double Layered (Paper/Plastic) Lids.
I really care so very much about my immediate family members. I do not like the fact that they are always eating from these very concerning materials. The polystyrene/strofoam (hot/cold) cups/sandwich containers are all thoroughly rinsed, set aside to eventually be dropped off at Insulation Technology, Inc. in Bridgewater, MA for professional recycling

My immediate family members will NOT take it there themselves. They will NOT take the 'film' plastic bags to be recycled at the grocery store. They always just, no matter what literature from their community is available to them and no matter what signs are put there, put all their materials in one bin. The materials, seven days a week, are all separated/sorted/categorized, by me (for them), as part of a work exchange arrangement). The attached photograph is all the hot/cold polystyrene/styrofoam cups/sandwich containers, from Coastline, that have been rinsed after their one time/linear use, then set aside, for who knows now, for, 'eventually', recycling at Insulation Technology, Inc.

Coastline MUST realize the burdens it places on people like my immediate family members, who are in their late 70s, as well as early 80s, by just leaving them with all this particular very concerning one time/use packaging. It is not only a very serious concern for the environment, but also a very serious concern for their health. I have previously shared my concerns with their city health department as well.
