The United Nations Development Program is now preparing an early recovery program that allows for the settlement of about one million people in decent temporary housing in their original homeland, and he stressed that we will not allow anyone to be displaced, and he explained that basic services will have to be provided to them in their areas, including water, sanitation, drinking water, energy, education, health, and other matters and the rest of the basic services, and the cost of this matter is from two to three billion dollars, And he indicated that this is the cost of early recovery only, and it will take from 3 to 5 years.
