Mayor Eric Adams have a announced a new green Friday menu for public schools. New York City schools will be required to serve completely vegan food for students on Fridays & offer vegan alternatives on other days. The initiative has met resistance from people & press saying Eric Adams are trying to force his own diet onto school kids.
